Creation Cafe is a small family business run from home. About 10 years ago, Creation Cafe was just an idea, ever since then it has been gathering momentum, experience, skills and ideas in many fields of design, web design and information technology services in Birmingham, UK. We haved work for over fifty clients in the last two years, we also do a lot of outsourcing work for two large marketing companies in Birmingham and Hertfordshire, we can't divulge names due to client confidentiality, but they are always satisfied with our work, punctuality, price and delivery. A Website is the way to put your business on the Web and make it available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Using a company like ourselves, you can establish a professional looking, personalised Website for yourself and your business. You won't get a more powerful marketing tool. A Website increases your sales and marketing efforts by being available and visible more than you or your company can be. It can help reduce phone bills and dramatically increase the quality of your customer service and the visibility of your business. Once we've had our initial chat, we'll work on price, size and research, if you're happy with all of that, we'll sign an agreement and the design process will begin. We'll give you a template for a design brief and when you've filled it in, we can start. We'll also ask you to begin compiling your content, offer support and encouragement, and let you know what really works and what really dosen't. The whole thing is, as we like to call it, an adventure. We'll be there for you every step of the way. We are fanatical about customer support! Creation Cafe are very competitively priced, if you let us know your budget, we'll try and find a solution that stays within or below it. The prices above are bulging with services, fully designed from scratch, no pre-designed templates, CSS Driven, Cross Browser compliant, all design, Photography, Artwork, 2 years Hosting, Domain Name, Emails, Free Support, Help and Advice, SEO Optimised Code and much, much more! Payments are typically due in two parts: A deposit and signed agreement are required before beginning our work together. The deposit is usually 35% of the total amount established in the agreement. For larger projects or longer time frames, incremental payments could be due along the way, which would be defined in the agreement. Upon completion of the Website, the final balance will be due and payable. As soon as final payment is received, the Website files will be uploaded to the client's Website. Additional work not included in our agreement will be added to the balance. Payment in full is required prior to uploading the pages to your Website. Once we have all of your content in final form and a signed contract and deposit, a typical Website will take about 14 days. Larger sites may take longer, and smaller sites may take less time. The time frames for delivery of your content and the steps along the way with the design process are written into our agreement together. We will work with you to establish realistic dates to complete our project with you in a timely manner. For Website design and development projects, please note that it's important to have all your final version content ready to go. We are happy to consult with you about content that you may need, including written content, images, logos, and related information. Once we receive all of your content in final form the Website design and construction can begin. See also our Planning Your Website FAQ. If you need something in a hurry, there might be a rush fee. We schedule projects upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Your content will also need to be ready to go by the dates agreed upon within our agreement together. It's common to have initial discussions about the project, work out the contract details, and schedule the project to begin a few weeks later to allow you to gather your content, images, and other materials needed. If you have all your content and materials ready now, we'll work out our schedule to get started sooner. Perhaps you want to get started on gathering your content now, even though you may not be ready to start on the Website project for a few months. We are always happy to schedule the project to begin several months from now, of course, upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. |
